Hey MMT Crew, check out our part 3 of the 3 part series. Finally we were able to bring the last episode to you. How you complete the 90 day challenge is you complete part 1 two times a week for 4 weeks, part 2 two times a week for 4 weeks and part 3 for two times a week for 4 weeks. I'm working on doing muay thai in a few more months and I wanna be ready and fit, and tbh this is kicking my ass so I hope when I actually do mauy thai, it won't be a challenge (also this is day 2 and I'm dying 😭)
This conditioning circuit is second to none in terms of intensity. If you do 90 days of this conditioning, you’re going to be well prepared for anything that can be thrown at you in a Muay Thai Class.
What if you are not happy with your performance? I mean, you did complete the first part but it was too hard and breaks were too long and drills were non perfect. I spent 6 weeks to finish part one and then discovered that there was increasing difficulty every week. So now I'm doing part one week 2 - for 3 more weeks (9 week s overall) until I feel I made it. Then I'm going to complete week 3 and 4. Is this ok, or I had to move to the part 2 even if I failed to complete part 1 in 4 weeks?
This is a very good question, I am a huge fan of quality over quantity. if you’re having a hard time getting through any phase of this program, I recommend working at the level where you are challenged but not completely overwhelmed. Once you’ve mastered that phase, take a bit of a break one to two weeks, then come back to the next phase.

@nazar_ua it really depends on your fitness level. If you’re struggling with any of the phases in this program, I would recommend taking a break between phases. But if you are just finding it challenging on the peak week of each phase, then the built-in deload week should suffice. Hope this helps.
